This Privacy Policy describes how inpursuit.life Gym Timer ("the App"), developed by Nate Land Studios LLC ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and handles information related to your use of the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Workout Data. You manually enter workout information into the App, including exercise names, durations, sets, reps, weights, and notes. This data is stored locally on your device.

Usage and Crash Analytics. We automatically collect technical information such as app launch frequency, session duration, features accessed, and errors or crashes, collected through Apple and Google platform analytics tools.

Device Information. We may collect device model, operating system version, app version, and device identifiers solely to improve App performance and compatibility.

We do not collect health data, location, contacts, camera or microphone access, biometric data, or financial information. We do not track you across other apps or websites.

We use information collected to provide, maintain, and improve the App; diagnose bugs and optimize performance; generate anonymized analytics to inform development; and comply with applicable law. We do not sell your data. We do not use your information for marketing or behavioral advertising.

Apple App Store and Google Play Store collect information when you download the App, subject to their own privacy policies. The App may use Apple and Google standard analytics and crash reporting tools. If you sync data to iCloud or Google Drive, that data is governed by Apple or Google policies. We do not use advertising networks, data brokers, or third-party tracking services.

Workout data is stored locally on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App. Analytics and crash data are retained for no longer than 90 days unless required by law.

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information through the App, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure. You use the App at your own risk and are responsible for the security of your device.

You may access, correct, or delete your workout data at any time using the App's built-in features, or by uninstalling the App. California residents have rights under the CCPA; because we do not sell data, many of those rights may not be applicable. We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DEVELOPER, NATE LAND STUDIOS LLC, NATHAN FEGER, OR THEIR AGENTS OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS APP, YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, OR THIS PRIVACY POLICY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOUR SOLE REMEDY IS TO CEASE USING THE APP. IN JURISDICTIONS THAT DO NOT ALLOW EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY, LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Developer does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Developer, Nate Land Studios LLC, Nathan Feger, and their agents from any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App, violation of this Privacy Policy, or infringement of any third-party rights.
